1. Double clicking in any field of the View window will open the Edit window.
2. Added “Notes” to phone log. When logging is active, “(S)top & Log” at bottom of View window, pressing ‘N’ will open a dialog where you can enter a 60 character message which will be appended to the log file. This can be repeated as often as you wish for any one call should you wish to transcribe every thing you discussed.
“Notes” is still available after the call timer has been stopped and logged from either the View or Index windows.
3. Manual start of timer to time incoming calls or take your pulse. Press ‘T’ to start.
4. In the application, the Go Away box can be defined to Quit or Set Aside the Address Book. See Preferences under the File menu.
Bug fixes since version 2.0
1. Fixed where Export to file brought up an unrelated error message.
2. Number of changes to provide compatibility with the hierDA INIT
3. Corrected call logging when Log Long Distance only selected.
4. Fixed a nasty bug where closing Address Book could cause a subsequent “Out of Memory” message and unwanted quitting of other applications.

5. Fixed another nasty bug in the application version where Creating a new list file could overwrite a previously loaded file. Thanks and apologies to Bahran Varjavand for finding this one.
Other changes :-
1. Modified “Flip Names” to retain the trailing period should a space be found before the “flip here” period.
Smith. John Q. flips to John Q. Smith
Smith, M.D. John Q. flips to John Q. Smith M.D.
Brown, Jnr. Charlie flips to Charlie Brown, Jnr.
There is no trailing period after the flip in first example but it is retained in the other two.
The flip occurs at the first period and space combination.
2. Added a delay to hold the Save and Load list indicators on screen when short lists are loaded or saved.
